Fraud detection is a technical problem. The people using this dashboard mostly aren't technical. That gap was the whole design challenge.

60+ screens — a WordPress plugin, a WooCommerce dashboard, admin and customer views.
I kept coming back to one question: can a shop owner look at this for two seconds and know whether to trust the order or not?
If the answer needed more than a glance, I redesigned it.

04 · The Outcome
A plugin and dashboard system that plugs into tools merchants already use, so there's no new workflow to learn — just a faster, clearer version of the one they already have.
